Bill,
Parking should be easy at the Science Museum early in the morning. There is a door on the front of the building (the original entrance to the train station). It has a speaker next to it so you can call up to Security and have them remotely unlock the door. However, that doesn't always work. If the little restaurant next door is open you can get in through there. The last resort is the new main entrance over by the planetarium/IMAX.

Afternoon parking is significantly more difficult as the Childrens Museum is open with the old Miller & Rhodes Santa. Both the SMV and Childrens Museums parking lots are crowded. Park where you can and most likely you will be closest to the new main entrance of the SMV.

Good morning! I'm looking forward to my first time running trains at the Science Museum with you guys! HOWEVER, this "newbie" has a question…I report for "fun duty" on Saturday morning, so how early do I need to be there and where do I enter the building? No, it's not two questions; it's one question with two parts.

Please advise and best wishes to all y'all for a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!
