RanTrak is usually the first one out on Sunday. Seems like they need to
leave adequate room from the loading dock door into the main room for
everyone.

The strategy is to try to give us as much time as possible setting up the layout this year. With the expansions to the layout it will take two trips to get the layout to the Museum. Hopefully there will be no kinks in setting the layout up and getting it running. To be on the safe side, however, I am working with Bill Dessent to see if it is possible to get in earlier to set up. Remember we will be setting up in the new Dewey Gottwald building. Bill Dessent and I hope to meet late Tuesday afternoon with the museum's approval to map out / mark the floor as to where we will be located.
It is critical that all modules are there for set up on Monday November 20th at 11 AM. Let me know if you have a problem getting your module there on time.

After the SMR schedule has been distributed, we will be working on
the GBGH schedule. For starters we will try to do this two weeks
at a time. As with the SMR schedule, you will be asked to
