All day Friday and Sunday PM ( but will return before 5pm). Saturday AM is
iffy right now.

Subject: [rc3r] SMR Schedule
At Ashland train day today we discussed scheduling for the SMR display later
this month. Increasingly we have been seeing an over abundance on one shift
with virtually no one on the next. To alleviate this we want to try a different
approach.There are six shifts. We need a minimum of 4 people per shift. Two on
big layout, one on small layout, one on the raffle. We need each member to
cover at least two shifts.
Please email any regrets only (any time that you cannot run, due to previous
obligations). Non-responses; we will assume that you are available. Please try
to confine to no more than two regrets. We will compile the regret list. Bill,
Jerry, and I will then meet to put together the schedule. We will distribute
the schedule to the club no later than 11/17/17.
