Per an announcement by the City of Newport News VA: All are welcome at Lee Hall 
Depot, a freshly restored 1881, former C&O station in Newport News VA on 
Thursday, May 19, to watch as a newly restored Chessie Caboose is delivered to 
the site. Complete
