Hello Everyone,
We now have a RC3R Club YouTube Channel.
We want everyone to use it, enjoy it, and have fun with it.
However, there has to be some guidelines - so here they are. These
guidelines were approved by the Club Officers.
* All RC3R club members that are on the most recent club roster can post
videos on it.
* This is for RC3R club related videos only. This is for videos of your
trains (or someone else's) on our layouts. No other videos.
No funny cat videos. No train repair videos (unless you made it). No real
train news/info videos.
* All videos must be videos that you personally shot.
Copyright laws must be followed. That means we cannot post a video that
someone else made.
* Keep in mind when shooting a video that not everyone in our club likes
their face to be on a public video. You can show people's faces. However,
shoot so the video is about the trains: Not necessarily a close up of
people's faces.
* Feel free to post more than one. Feel free to post from time-to-time.
* Any videos you post will be Public. I will enable Comments.
* Everyone in the world will be able to see your RC3R video.
* Everyone in the world will be able to comment on your video.
* Everyone in the world will see everyone's comments.
* If any ugly comments get posted by anyone, I will delete that
comment.
* The Comments area is not a large discussion area, like a forum. It
is for simple comments, questions, and answers.
* There is no simple way for you to add your video directly to the
Channel. I must add each video as the Channel Owner.
* To have your video uploaded: Simply text your video to me at
804-920-7474.
* You must also include the information you want posted with it.
* There is a *Video Title* and a *Video Description* area. Send me how
you want those sections to read (so I can Copy & Paste them).
IE:
TITLE. Ken's Coal Train
Ken Young's Coal Train
Ken's 2-8-2 Southern Mikado . . . . . Coal Train
DESCRIPTION. This can be as brief or extensive as you like.
* I do not know if there is any limit on how long a video you can text
me. We'll find out as we go.
