MINT IN BOX. This is the highest grade to be had.
C-10 Mint – Brand New All Original, Unused, and Unblemished
Trains meeting this standard are among the rarest and most sought after. The
key to this standard is “unblemished”. The item must be perfect in every
manner. This grade could be compared to “proof” coins which are specially made
and handled. Most manufacturers did not include such practices in their
manufacturing processes.
Legitimately it is more like
C-9 Factory New - Brand new all original, unused, may evidence factory rubs and
the slightest evidence of handling, shipping and having been test run at the
factory.
Unless you are a hard-core collector that only handles trains with white cotton
gloves, you'll probably never tell the difference.

Locomotive and at the end of the basic description it says "MIB." Does that
mean Minimum Bid or am I not understanding something?
