We will discuss and set up a plan for this and future inventories (Peter
Mellon already has set up some of the metrics). We will need to count and
make judgements on what to keep and what to sell/throw away. Wednesday we
might start with engines, then to rolling stock, track, plastic houses, etc.
This should not take be more than two or three hours if we are efficient.
Thoughts beforehand are always welcome.
