Last year Tom, myself and others ran trains on the shorten Friday schedules
and had fun !
Certainly if you want to run trains on Friday then go have fun.

What do the guys who signed up to run trains on Fridays starting December
30th want to do?
Come in at 4 maybe ( run trains for two hours ) ?
Cancel the Friday night running of trains starting December 30th ?
Remember there are still open slots on a few Saturday and Sunday shifts if
you do not run trains on your scheduled Friday shift.
Let me know your thoughts so I can share the plan with Doug at the GBGH.
