It's definitely the 1970's Autotrain before it failed and Amtrak took it
over. I remember seeing it come through Richmond. No idea where the
picture was taken. Could be anywhere between Lorton, VA and Sanford, Fla
although the trees look more like Va or NC. Since the river is so muddy
its probably flooded.

I agree…..AutoTrain, I guess run by Seaboard……..Tom English (of Chesterfield Hobbies)told me that in southern Va (between the Appomatox and the NC border) Seaboard had a bridge like this that CSX chose not to keep in good repair…..when it became unsafe, they had to abandon what could have been an alternate main line south…..I bet Ken or Bill knows wjhere this is…..
