NOTICE OF RENTAL RATE INCREASE

Dear Customer:
We are sending this notice to inform you that the rental rate will be
streamlined to one rate. The rate will be increasing to $95.00 per month,
per space, effective January 1, 2022. Some newer tenants are already at the
new rate.
All rentals will be due on the 1st of the month going forward. A new lease
form is attached. (If you have signed a new lease within the last 3 months,
you do not need to fill out a new one.) **Credit card auto pay is the
preferred method of payment.
If you haven’t sent photos of your RV/boat and license tag in the past,
please email to Rbuckner@xxxxxxxxxxxx
Your business is important to us and our rates still remain below the average
