Chesterfield County Fair
Contract has been signed and mailed to the Chesterfield County Fair. More to
follow about the set up time.
Great Big Greenhouse
The " Lady's Night Out " event is on Friday November 18th with the small
layout.
The " Kids Day in the Garden " event is on Saturday January 21st. Note this
is a correction from the meeting agenda which listed the date as January
14th. More to follow.
Purchases
I picked up the Lionel L.C. Thomas Set, the CAB 1 L Base and the DCS
Bundle System from Russell on Saturday. This completes the receipt of all
purchases voted on at the meeting. The raffle set - L.C. Penn Flyer Set ( 36W
) which the club bought from Russell was delivered at the meeting. Thank you
Russell for the great deals for the club.
The MTH 24000 transformer purchased from John Crockett was also delivered at
the meeting.
