I would just bring a cooler with ice. Trying to get a fridge in, given the
distance you will have to carry it will be more trouble than it is worth.

You’re expected to be ready to be operating the layout by 5pm, so get there
sufficiently early to get into the Arts & Crafts building and be ready to go
(probably plan on being in the parking lot no later than 4:45).
As for the fridge, I wouldn’t have an issue with it; however I don’t know what
our allowable power outlets / power available is.
