I’ve been at work at the Hampton VA hospital, but I am also observing
handwashing precautions and wearing a surgical mask, and limiting my physical
contact on the ward. The key for us is doing everything in our power to deny
the Coronavirus any access to the spinal cord injury ward (and not
incidentally, denying the virus access to ourselves). I have especially enjoyed
sharing the Coronavirus graphics Peter e-mailed to us in March with the VA
hospital staff! It was medical education at its best. Ken Waller
