Saturday the 29th of this month is the annual Westchester Commons Halloween
Festival
While discussing the upcoming events, the the group that was at the store
Thursday AM thought that it will be a good day for a RC3R membership meeting
and an Open House to show our support for the Westchester Commons management.
Sometime on the week Post York (the 24-28th), we’ll need to meet to assemble
the 12x15 and put my two modules back into the 21x43
More details later but put an open house and meeting on your
calendar…..figure starting early…...

20th PM……..take down, pack and load for the SMV show
November 21….. SMV at 0900 to set up
November 25-27 SMV Show

27th PM……..take down, pack and load at the conclusion of the SMV show
