a) Open House……today at 11AM through 3 PM……Sign up sheet for running is available at the store
b) Conventions (SIG By-Laws)

1. VTC Show Nov 20-21……send in your availability if you have not already done so
Take-down and load 3PM Sunday the 21st at 3PM (usually about 2-2.5 hrs)
2. SMV
Meet for set-up at the SMV 0900 Monday Nov 22. Parking lot code is 4000.
Sign up sheets will go out next week…..cut and paste and separate email format
Show is 11/26-28
Shifts are 8-12:30 and 12:30-5 each day (museum hours are 8:30-5 and 8:30-9:30 are MEMBERS ONLY)
Take-down and load is 5PM Sunday (usually about 2-2.5 hrs)
3. GBGH
Set up is 0900 on Monday, Nov 29.
December will be scheduled first. Sign up will start after the SMV sign up.
Shifts will be, whenever you want to run.
Weds 12-4 unscheduled
Thursday 10-2
Friday 3-8
Sat 9-1 and 1-5
Sun 9-1 and 1-5
January schedule will be different and sign up will be later
Jan 15 is Kidz Day in the Garden and take-down and load.
