I didn't really expect you to accept the Goldfinger thing with glee. Bu t you can be Father Xmas. No problem. But watch out when I don't get what I want in my stocking. (Like my frikkin feet.) :)

Welcome back Big AlAs for nicks ..... Goldfinger makes my hands hurt just reading it. I am allergic to gold (overexposure) and the contact dermatitis on my fingers ruined my life as I knew it at one time. So let's steer clear of that one.I have been JC to my friends as long as I can remember. I have had another nickname. When I was in the band, everyone had one. There were 3 named John, so it was a necessity. At one time, Christensen mutated in to Christmastune, then it was shortened to Xmastune, then finally Xmas. You can't plan these things, but if it popped up, I would answer to it (If a nickname is a right of passage on the list..... or elevation, or degradation would probably be more like it)XmasOn Mon, May 17, 2010 at 11:21 AM, Ray Buck <rbuck@xxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:rbuck@xxxxxxxxxxxx>> wrote:I just added Aleta (aka Big Al) to the list again. She said she misses us. Poor misguided soul. :) For those who haven't met her, she's a lovely lady who has the gift of skills with a camera AND a paintbrush. Al, we have Muttley and Zamboni as new local members and Jim Dos, John Christensen and Chris Lindh who live in other areas of the country but are very good shooters. John, for example, has a lot of experience with macro photography. They (like the rest of the members) are good folks. Th-th-th-that's all (or Al) folks. RtR Oh. ps. we gotta come up with pseudonyms for Jim, John and Chris. I'm gonna suggest that John be called, "Goldfinger" for a lotta reasons, but primarily the fact that he's a very talented jeweler. I spose we could call Jim "MS" as in MS-DOS and maybe hang the tack of "Columbus" on Chris. I dunno. Guys, pick yer own nick.-- Sent from my Dreadnought using that barely tolerable Thunderbird email program
