Why would you want to remove the quote character from the last poster?
Or any of them come to that.
IMHO removing quoting makes it very hard to 'see' when a new response
stops and the previous text starts.
And nobody should be sending emails in HTML form. That was a Microsoft
invention and a crime against humanity.
Nearly as bad as stupid little butterflies down the margin.
