An infrequent event: Io-D at Nancay, reaching 17 MHz, on 101006-101007

I have labeled the event in the attachment.
Io-D is fairly common in STEREO WAVES, well below 16 MHz, but not at Nancay.

Io-D is radiated by southern magnetic hemisphere cyclotron masers, and
should be generally Left Circularly Polarized. This one is RCP. The Io-D
region is not visible in the the Jupiter Pro Map, but can be recognized in
the Jupiter Radio Map as a blue horizontal line left of Io-B, near Io Phase
100.

Cyclotron masers have complex theories about them, and I do not understand
them well. The Juno Mission, going into Jovian orbit in 2006, will make in
situ measurements which I hope will help our understanding.

Note that the date in the title is the meridian transit UT date, near the
center of the tracking period. The event extended past transit into 101007.
