If anyone is interested in an 8 wk yoga class located in a beautiful home
in South London on Commissioners for $10.00 a class- drop in per night- let
me know!! A few spaces left. Class focuses on stress relief, mindfulness
and relaxation.

We still need to decide on a date and host for the January gathering. My
home is small, so I'm unable to host when it's cold outside 😉 I'll happily
have you all over in the summertime. As for dates, if we aim for the last
week in January, what day of the week would work best for everyone?
