[racktables-users] snmpgeneric.php

Hi folks,
First, Sorry for my English.
I downloaded the latest version of the racktables and I can't use the tab
snmpsync, I get the message "Fatal SNMP failure". In the properties of the
object I put the IP address of fqdn, this could be the problem?
An alternative that I saw on the internet was the use of plugins like
snmpgeneric.php, but how to install it?
I saw in the README that just put in local.php the line "include 'inc /
snmpgeneric.php" but I did not find the file local.php.
How to proceed?
