Ended up figuring out the problem.
In this case is was a PDU linked to a Breaker Panel - in the beginning I
was associating breakers and pdus in a parent-child type configuration.
Once I removed all the relationships everything displayed just fine.

Is there a reason that link management will not show links of type "ac-in"
and "ac-out" in the graphwiz object map?

Is there somewhere I can debug the blank white screen output within the
object map?
