Most likely yes. I used linkmgmt.php with RackTables 0.21.x and PHP 7.
RackTables 0.22.0, AFAIR, does not have any internal changes that break
the plugin. You are welcome to try and to confirm that. For clarity,
you would need the most recent plugin revision from here:
https://github.com/RackTables/racktables-contribs/commits/master/LinkManagement
Any other concerns I need to be aware of with this?
0.22.x works with PHP 7 (I did not test PHP 8)
0.21.x should work fine with both PHP 5 and PHP 7
0.20.x works with PHP 5, but likely has issues with PHP 7
This way, you might have to do an intermediate RackTables upgrade from
0.20.14 to 0.21.4 on the old server (presumably with PHP 5) and then to
migrate to a new server with PHP 7 to upgrade from 0.21.4 to 0.22.0.
This might take more than one attempt, so it would be best to practice
backup and restore beforehand.
