Yeah, no it does not search comments -- been asking for this for 6+ years.

It already searches the comments field from the 'properties' section.
 We use that as our notes section for it.

Looks like it would need adding. Yet search over text in database could
be pretty extensive for db.

I suggest to add feature request on github.
