There's a chance, that this situation is not a bug specific to 0.19.5. I need
more information about the case. Which version did you use before the upgrade?
If that was 0.19.3 or 0.19.4, could you attempt a rollback and confirm, that
object type SELECT is in place there and the form works as expected? Thanks.
