If you mean the primary key of Dictionary MySQL table, there is a value range 
reserved for the application, it is 1 through 49999 inclusive. All custom 
records added by the local users should get IDs >= 50000 regardless if done 
with the web interface or an SQL INSERT. At least, release 0.19.8 has all to 
expect this happen.
