Once the server is already added to the list, you'd need to enable the "Cacti"
tab for particular objects (User interface -> "List of object with Cacti
graphs"). This option expects a RackCode expression (w/o quotes):
"false": never display "Cacti" tab
"true": always display "Cacti" tab
"{$typeid_7} or {$typeid_8}": display only for routers and network switches
respectively
...and so on. The tab would allow associating particular Cacti graphs (by ID)
with current object.
