[racattack] New racttack/oracle65 box, please update

Hello,

As was pointed by Leighton and Erik, the OS used was with kernel UEKR3 and
the ACFS part didn't work. not yet supported, too new to be used.

I have created a new racattack/oracle65 box, this is an 6.4 ISO updated
during the install to 6.5

Attached some screenshots that show the tabs are enabled out of the box.

If you have created a machine, and you will like to go with this box the
steps are:

1. vagrant destroy
2. vagrant box remove racattack/oracle65
3. vagrant up

It's suggested to download a new copy of the zip file with the vagrantfile
and scripts as some improvements have been done to the dns part,
permissions on shared folders, defaulted cpu to 1 core.

You can have a look at the Vagrantfile prior vagrant up, and you can adjust
some parameters like RAM, CPU and More nodes/roles .
