[r-art] Proprietary JavaScript

I recently noticed that one presently must run proprietary JavaScript in order 
to sign up for a FreeLists list. So, unless anyone objects, I will move the 
mailing list somewhere else. Necessarily we'll change the email address too, so 
I may get a domain name.
