Has anyone successfully built QuickJS as a shared or static library on
Windows? Ideally I'd be able to load shared library through Windows
without building having to build it all through MinGW. I've been able
to build the qjs.exe but the exe doesn't seem to run outside of MinGW,
I had to mess with the source enough that I'm worried that I did
something wrong, since I'm not super familiar with compiling in MinGW.
