Are you familiar with an issue which prevents one from plotting a graph in a
jupyter notebook (connected of course to a qudi kernel) that is constantly
updated?
Whenever we try the %matplotlib nbagg or %matplotlib notebook, it doesn't work.
With a standard python3 kernel, it does.
