[qudi-dev] Changes in master require you to refresh your Anaconda environment

Hello everyone,

there were some changes merged to the master branch that require a newer 
verson of the Fysom module.

Run tools/install-python-modules-windows.bat or tools/install-python-modules-
linux.sh to reinstall your Conda environment.

Do not forget to reinstall pyOkFrontPanel or other hardware module 
dependencies that you may need.
