[pythonvis] downloading meeting .mp3 files from JDog's email

For Windows OS only:
1. put focus on the link in JDogs email.
2. bring up the Applications menu:
a. press the App key or
b. right mouse click the link or
c. press shift + f10
Then ddown arrow thru the menu to "save target as" and press enter
This puts you in the standard Microsoft Save Dialogue
