Hello all, The target audience is non-programmers who want to learn python. We are not exclusive, but for now more advanced users can do the reading or tutorials on their own, and post questions on the list. Right now, some people on the list are programmers who are asking technical questions that one might expect from a person who has already some programming. For beginners, this is stuff they don't understand, neither the question nor the answer in many cases. So they find themselves frustrated and feel that are being left in the dust, so to speak. The web page in the link above is designed to be a place where we can provide basic programming instruction along with Python. For those who have programming experience, the reading will seem to be a repetition of what they already know. At least in the beginning. Sincerely, Jet (Jeffrey Thompson) Jet (Jeffrey Thompson)
