Interesting solution with front part going over the wheel. The front wheel is perhaps placed a bit too far away from the pivot giving the bike an unnecesary long trail. The folded package looks very compact, almost 'Bromptonish'. If this design will work or not depends a lot on the hinges; if they easily can be secured/locked and reopened. Weight is also an issue since the material in the hinges will have to be thick.

Do you think the rear part swings to one side or does it go down under the seat? I can't really make that out. However, this fuels my energy to continue the pursuit of a small recumbent folder that is both fast and easy to fold. The holy Graal of foldable knicklenkers must be found!

Did you see the plans for the russian folding python made by Denis Silantiev. Well, the seat is somewhat strange, but the rest seems plausible.
