Hi friends

I found a very good way to warm up before a python session. After some stretching I play footbag until I get sweaty (that doesn't take long). Playing footbag (aka hacky sack) takes away the "youth" from my legs so when I start riding the python my legs are calm and clever. They make no sudden twists or jerks. This is something I can recommend also because hacking the sack gives auxiliary training to both your legs and your waist, in other words your python steering muscles.
