The bouncy Hot Dog bike is shortened just enough for passenger lawn chair and
foot rest. Tricycle wheels are added for stability. A damaged caster wheel
from Ikea shopping cart is added for fun, 60deg pivot angle, negative trail,
lots of shimmy at ~5mph, but not too much effect on bike's direction, just
slowing it down. Higher speed seems OK. The hard wheel also has very low
rolling resistant. Together with the rear pivot, the bike feels very
responsive. Will see if cargo load over the caster reduces shimmy...

Testing load over the rear caster, with ~50lb there is still some shimmy, but
with ~100lb shimmy is gone...
