[python] No weld python

Hi everyone
I have been reading with interest about the no weld python. I know that
welding can be a problem for a lot of people, with both access to the
equipment and the skill required to perform the tasks. I have put a
small sketch together that maybe would be a better solution than working
with old bicycle bits. I prefer to work with rectangular tubing as it is
readily available and quite easy to work with.
