Aub is recuperating slowly Not driving yet . Would welcome chat on Skype
Sad note.......Dr Ken Rowe formerly head of Frankston High perished at
Marysville. Ken was demonstrator for one of our Wednesday afternoons
several years ago. His topic ...Decoy Ducks. He had been an exchange
teacher in Canada for year and learned the art of carving decoy ducks over
there where it is really a big thing.. .He showed, explained, and demonstrated
his hobby and handed out plans on how to bandsaw wood to start carving.
Subsequently I ran a two day carving school at the Frankston High . Ken gave
us the use of the woodworking room at no cost. I kept in touch with him from
time to time.He was great friend.
