If a manufacturer puts out a brand new technology for a product that you could
never hold them liable for, even in the case of fatal injuries caused by that
innovative "tire", would you buy it? Also, if when you requested the Material
Safety Data Sheet and all pertinent test results for that tire, they said to
you to wait 75 years for it... would it make you leery of buying that tire?

Bottom line, I don't need the government to tell me when to put on my coat and
when to walk around in shorts... Mother Nature dictates that... but maybe the
person who put this together does need to consult the Google Gods! They
probably carry an App for it in their smartphone!
BTW, these shots(snow tires) don't prevent people from transmitting
infections(having accidents)... they might be more loosely related to the
degree of personal injury protection offered by various types of motor
vehicles(SUV vs a subcompact), not so much about using snow tires or not...
