I noticed a complete attitude change after they moved out to the desert in California. Bad Service, no catalogues, exactly the opposite from the previous owners when inn Rochester. It makes no sense to me to understand the 'why' of the relocation to nowhere. I've traveled that area and
believe me there is nothing!
It seems like they are delibert in their effort to keep customers from
visiting and seeing their operation.

This may also have been a ploy to get cheap labor and to have workers isolated so that leaving would be difficult. Whoever owns the company is committing suicide. They need to be contacted directly by every disatified customer. My guess is that they did something they can't undo and will eventually die. Too bad because they have been an excellent source of all sorts of things up to now.
