Hmm ... I have never used that development method. I usually develop 4X5
and 5X7 Tri-X sheet film in a tray in HC-110 using FRed Picker's tray
development method. First, get the film wet by dropping each sheet in water
in total darkness. Drop a sheet onto the surface of the water and use my
small finger to push it down. Repeat with all the sheets to be developed.
Then transfer to the developer. Cycle through the stack continuously,
pulling one from the bottom and dropping it on the top of the developer,
push it down, go to the next sheet. I've developed several hundred
negatives this way and never had uneven development. And of all those
negatives, I've only scratched one.

Have had this Chamonix Saber and a Razzle converted Polaroid 110A for
years and have start to trying them out.

I use an old dip dunk system, don’t know the make, but have a similar 6
sheet holder as the Jobb system.
Seasoned Xtol, lower then reel into the tank, lift and rotate 1/4 before
lower again for the first 30sec, then lift, rotate and lower for every
minute.
When finished, lift over into stop bath (Kodak indicator) for 30 sec and
over in the fixer for 4 minutes before rinse in water.
