Just use an eye dropper; since a drop is ~1/12 ml
Check _your_ eye dropper first while it is dispensing
photoflo. Drop size varies quite a bit between droppers
and varies with the viscosity and wetting properties of
the liquid, though 80 ul (1/12 ml) is certainly in the range.
Another alternative is a small syringe. 2 - 3 ml would be
about right: 0.4 ml / pint|250ml; 1.7 ml / quart|l;
More people have eyedroppers kicking around the house...
