Mine, for sure, is made by
Chapman, Portland Maine, USA.
It says so on the original label on the metal box. It puts out 5000
volts. There is also a Zone VI label stuck on the box. It does have an
on-light and an on-off switch.
I doubt there is a rectifier in there, so it must put out both positive
and negative ions.
