DEAR LIST,

I have a 210 mm Goertz gold dot Dagor and a 210 mm Schneider Apo

Ok, I'm not an expert, but I have done some of this with my 8x10 Sinar. I recommend using an enlarging lens. I think I used a 150mm nikkor, and I must've had 2 meters of bellows extension. Unless you have tactical weapon level strobes, you'll need to use multiple pops of the flashes. Shutters are not needed. My next choice would be the 210 Goertz because it's a process lens which is optimized for 1:1. You'll be using it at more than that that, though, so it shouldn't be as good as the enlarging lens. Last choice would be the Schneider APO since it is probably optimized for infinity. But..why not find out for sure and take a picture with each option and compare? Given the cost and time involved in such a setup, a little time spent testing would be a good idea.
