I may suggest some things to think about:
Venue, is it a coffee shop, or a fine art museum?
Does anyone know you? (reality of the game)
Virtuosity of the work. (how would it compare to the masters?)
Audience? (college kids with no money, or affluent and established patrons)
Actual cost of making the work: time, materials, blood, sweat, tears. :)
