This is old-new stock.  I just removed five of them  from the shrink wrap. It
is56 pages of information on color processing. It is an  excellent  book.

Forward: this publication tells advanced hobbyist and beginningprofessionals
how to process color photographic films and papers. It isexpressed in
non-technical language, wherever possible, and is amplyillustrated, so it will
be helpful to all darkroom enthusiasts, theirrespective of their technical
training.

Much of the enjoyment of creating color pictures comes fromknowing what is
happening as the camera image becomes a photograph. Therefore, the emphasis here
is on the reasons behind the activities associated withphotographic processing.
All phases of color processing are discussed. Chemicalhandling in the disposal
of processing solutions are covered. A means ofpreheating equipment for today's
high temperature processing is featured.Large-scale processing equipment is
described briefly, for those who areinterested. Detachable processing schedules
are provided that can be displayedon darkroom walls.

The booklet includes a discussion of some of the aspects of colorreproduction
that are beyond the control of the photographic processor andconcludes with a
brief bibliography.
