Kodak Alaris shares ownership of the Kodak brand with Eastman Kodak, but
the two are separate companies. Eastman Kodak owns the entertainment film
(motion picture) business, while Kodak Alaris (bought out by the Kodak
pension fund and headquartered in the UK) owns the still film business, and
owned the photochemicals and paper business.
I just noticed this today:
https://www.insideimaging.com.au/2020/kodak-paper-and-chem-to-chinese-company/
It appears that Kodak Alaris retained the still film business in this deal.
Not much news about this, though.
