Technical Pan is a odd film being neither an ordinary pictorial film nor
a microfilm. It had good latitude and tameable contrast. Unless some
manufacturer makes a concious effort to make something similar there is
really no replacement.

My results with microfilm have always been disappointments. None of the
published formulas IMHO really do an acceptable job in taming the
contrast and exposure latitude is zilch.
