A quick scan of posts on the Facebook group "Experimenting With Photographic Paper As Film" (it is a "private group" so one needs to join to read/see/post) shows a number of people getting good results using ISO ranging from 0.75-6.0.
Most just post exposure time and f/stop (and developer type and time used) as the paper is UV-blue(green?) sensitive and has the same metering issues that wet plate has.
Some also pre-flash as well to improve the overall contrast and speed.

Has anyone found a developer that would increase the effective ISO of Harman Direct Positive Paper?  I have seen estimates that the out-of-the-box ISO using, e.g., 1:2 Dektol, the ISO is 1 to 3.
