I guess I can't hitchhick the Durst M601 off the voltage control or timer of
the Chromegatrol, but it doesn't matter because the Durst has a separate
switch. It was a question of reach for the Durst cord to the wall socket.

socket BLK lead directly to the AC power mains BLK lead via fuse F1. This
bypasses T1, which, I assume, is a constant voltage transformer.
When powering the enlarger lamp, T1's primary winding 1-2 is
connected to the AC mains BLK, and the output taken from the
secondary winding(s) 3-4, which is isolated from the AC mains.
So I don't think the safelight socket is voltage stabilized at all.

P.S. Fascinating to see an LM322 timer chip in that circuit; superior
to the 555 timer, it's no longer made.
